ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
If you would like to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our order fulfillment system is designed to process and ship orders quickly and efficiently. As a result, orders may enter production or shipping shortly after payment confirmation.
Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING
We work hard to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.
Customized or personalized products may require additional production time due to the customization process involved.
After shipment, standard delivery typically takes approximately 7–10 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.
Please note:
- Shipping estimates begin from the shipping date, not the order date.
- Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Delays caused by customs, weather, shipping carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING INSURANCE
Optional shipping insurance may be offered during checkout for an additional fee.
Shipping insurance provides added protection in the event that a package is lost, damaged, or affected during transit.
If shipping insurance is purchased, eligible claims will be reviewed and processed in accordance with our policy.
Covered situations may include:
- Receiving a damaged item;
- Receiving an incorrect item;
- Confirmed package loss during transit.
Shipping insurance does not cover:
- Order cancellations or changes of mind after shipment;
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer;
- Refused or unclaimed deliveries.
The maximum reimbursement amount shall not exceed the original order value.
Shipping insurance fees are non-refundable.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
For non-personalized items, return requests may be accepted within 90 days after delivery.
Due to the personalized nature of customized products, personalized or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
PRODUCT CARE DISCLAIMER
Silver products may naturally experience wear, oxidation, or discoloration over time.
We are not responsible for damage caused by:
- Contact with hard surfaces;
- Friction or collisions;
- Exposure to water, chemicals, hot springs, or moisture;
- Improper storage or misuse.
Such conditions are considered normal wear and are not covered under our return or warranty policy.
